So often we write about new products and lines coming out, but we neglect our all time favorite polishes. Everybody has their go-to colors, their favorite polishes, that they tend to favour over newer colors. Why test something new when you have things that you know look amazing and last really well? Today we are going to share a few of our favorite polishes, classic colors that will never go out of style! (Not that we are biased or anything).

‘My all-time favorite polish is one of the first polishes I ever bought. A bit of a backstory American readers must understand that in Australia, OPI is one of the best brands you can buy and it retails for about $25 a bottle. So for a young girl that was a pretty big purchase! Anyway, enough waffle, my go-to color, any time of year, is OPI ‘Lincoln Park After Dark’. This cult classic has a lot of fans for a reason. It is the perfect dark purple that suits most skin tones. It is dark purple on the verge of black and has a real depth to the color, it’s absolutely gorgeous! ‘
‘I also love Sinful Colors ‘Easy Going’ which is a gorgeous creamy nude that just looks amazing with my skin tone. It is one of the rare creamy colors to go on opaque in 2 coats. Personally I’m not a fan of sheer nudes, so to find this opaque nude that is actually opaque was very exciting for me. It lasts really well and because it is a nude, when it chips it isn’t very noticeable.’
‘If you’re familiar with my articles, you know I am a big fan of adult glitter, even at the bottom of this article you can see it in my bio. I have been obsessed with the same glitter polish for about five years and have gone through multiple bottles of it. Sally Hansen ‘Rockstar Pink’, it looks great as a sheer one coat topper, or as the entire manicure depending on how committed you are to the glitter look!’

‘My go to color on my fingers these days is Essie ‘Ballet Slippers’ (it’s very forgiving when it chips so not as noticeable as the darker colors I normally love. Perfect for an on the go Mum/Mom).’
‘For my toes I am loving OPI ‘Big Apple Red’ (I think that’s what it is called) and their bright pink Spare Me a French Quarter.’
If I’m feeling festive love love Zoya’s Pixie Dust Collection for my fingers!!
