If you’re in New York, you might have seen today’s issue of the New York Post.
Top left. A story about Power Pedicures. This is a trend our publisher Ruth Shelling identified back in Australia when she was running multi-million dollar accounts, and got sick of doing power lunches with clients every other day. She started taking clients for beauty treatments, but you can’t have a decent conversation over the hum of a blow-dryer, and you can’t take notes while you’re having a manicure. Pedicures were the perfect solution!
Here at Pedicure.com, we like to take clients and editors for pedi meetings (it kind of goes with the name of our site, don’t you think?). We can talk business while doing something pleasurable, people remember us, and it’s a great way to trial all the different salons in New York (although we are partial to TenoverTen). If you’re interested in meeting our Publisher Ruth for a pedi, please get in touch. See you in the chair!
