While virtually everything about the 2013 MTV VMAs was overshadowed by Miley Cyrus doing that thing that made us all feel awkward, it was still a good showing in the manicure department. We spotted a few trends that will be on fingers everywhere come fall (Selena Gomez and Snooki in crimson, Miley Cyrus in white), some classic looks (Ellie Goulding wearing nude to match her dress, Iggy Azalea matching her antique gold polish to the antique gold of her Emilio Pucci dress), and some crazy art that was…well…crazy!
