Morgan asks: I have a polish that I love, but there’s something up with the brush – some of the bristles are bent and stick out to the side, making a bit of a mess when I paint. What’s the best way to deal with stray brush hairs? Should I cut them off?
Gerry Holford, celebrity manicurist answers: If the bristles on the brush are preventing clean painting, I would suggest using a pair of small, sharp manicuring scissors and cut off the offenders as close to the base if the brush as possible.
