NBC’s Amazon Dark Web Gets Two Emmy Nominations

NBC’s Amazon dark web stars Rene Heger and Graham Sibley have been nominated for the Outstanding Guest Performer in a Digital Drama Series category. Also, actor Michael Nardelli has received three nominations for his work in the series.

Currently, Michael Nardelli is busy promoting his Amazon Prime TV series Dark/Web. The series will be making its debut on July 19, and will include a panel at Comic-Con. Michael is also an avid gamer and sci fi fan, and is involved with autism organizations like Autism Speaks and Boys and Girls Club of Boyle Heights. His production company, Felt Films, is the aforementioned company that is responsible for producing the series.

Dark/Web is a unique hybrid of anthology series and traditional TV series. It is inspired by real life happenings on the dark web. The dark web is the real world equivalent of the internet, and includes cyber terror, black market organ transplants, weapon sales, and the occasional bit of drug dealing. The storylines are tied together by wayward relationships with a missing woman. The best part is that the series can be found for free on Amazon Prime. As for the aforementioned panel, Michael Nardelli, Tim Nardelli, and executive producer Mario Miscione will be discussing the aforementioned dark web, and the many other mysteries of the internet. The panel will also be holding a special screening of Dark/Web at the Hard Rock in San Diego on July 20. Several of the Dark/Web stars will be in attendance, including Jessica Rothe, Ezra Miller, Michael McElhenney, Nicholas Brendan, and Cassie Thompson.

The above mentioned Dark/Web is the only TV series that is currently available on Amazon Prime, but a variety of other TV shows are coming to the streaming service in the near future. In addition, Dark/Web is one of the few shows to ever make it to the big screen, with a movie scheduled for release in 2019.

Three Emmy nominations for Michael Nardelli’s work on the show

Earlier this year, Amazon Prime’s anthology series Dark/Web scored three Emmy nominations, including for Outstanding Digital Series, Outstanding Directing, and Outstanding Guest Performer in a Digital Drama Series. In addition, Dark/Web was also invited to the official panel at San Diego Comic-Con, which is being held this summer. At the panel, Michael Nardelli and the other cast members will discuss the series and the nominations.

The Dark/Web is a series that explores themes related to the internet. The show takes a look at the pressures faced by modern society, particularly in regards to social media. Continuing on our soap-themed quest, the nominations for the 47th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards are out. These awards, presented by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, celebrate the best in daytime television. They honor talk shows, web series, and soap operas.

Nominations for the Daytime Emmys will be announced live on CBS on June 26, and winners will be announced on the same night. Many notable soap stars will be in the running for a variety of prizes.
